CONSTRUCTION ADVANTAGE.
- Furnace with fins and water cooled rear element for maximum utilization of the flame radiation and minimization of NOx formation.
- Fins located in the second and third flue gas pass too, in convection furnaces in order to improve the heat transfer.
- The novel design of the flue gas outlet ensures the maximum utilization of the flue gas heat and the silent operation of the boiler.
- The cast iron elements are symmetrical to the vertical level for uniformity of the water flow and thermal- mechanical charges.
- High quality heat resistance ceramic fiber insulation of the interior of the furnace door.
- Before the production, ALL the cast iron sections are hydraulically tested according to the EN standards.
HIGH QUALITY OF THE CASTING.
- The casting are poured in an automatic line IMF achieving correct geometry and excellent surface.
- Boiler wall thickness and quality of the cast iron are controlled ensuring strength against fatigue and long life.
QUALITY CONTROL.
- The tests of the assembled boilers and cast iron elements are performed according to the EN 303-I.
- All the cast iron elements of the boilers are hydraulically tested at 8 to 10 bar according to boiler type with cold water before machining.
- The assembled boilers are hydraulically tested 1.3 X Operation pressure.
MAINTENANCE FACILITIES.
- The combustion chamber door is easy to open right or left and facilitates access for cleaning and maintenance.
- The operation without any soot formation and easy access to the surfaces of the boiler prevent the use of the chemicals for cleaning and exclude corrosion during maintenance.
SAFE OPERATION.
- Safety of operation at very low water temperature ensures energy savings and renders the boilers use appropriate even for floor heating systems.
- Safety of operation in individually regulated heating systems even at very low outside temperature, due to tolerance to thermal shocks.
INSTRUMENTS AND ACCESSORIES.
- All models contain and instrument board. This includes:
* Thermostat and boiler operation indicator lamp.
* Thermostat and circulating pump lamp.
* Safety burner thermostat.
* ON-OFF switch.
* Water thermostat.
